Thur, Apr 29: HEALTH CARE FOR ALL COLORADO: In Pursuit of Good Workers: Small Business Owners and the Health Care Conundrum
Health Care for All Colorado has invited a panel of local small business owners to share their perspectives on the issue. Panelists will address questions such as "How does our health care system affect our small businesses, the backbone of our local economy?" "What changes would help attract and maintain healthy workers?" "How will the proposed changes impact our businesses?" The meeting is open to the public at no charge.
While legislation has recently passed in Congress it will be some time before changes to our system will take effect. Almost everyone in the U.S. would benefit from health care reform but small businesses have felt the impact of rising costs dramatically. This event will broaden the dialogue by this sector of the community to a wider audience.
