What is a Precinct Organizer?
Precinct Organizers (POs) are the grassroots connection between voters and the Democratic Party. POs represent the Party in each precinct, communicating with their neighbors from a position of trust and familiarity. Elections are truly won or lost in precincts, and POs are vital to ensuring strong support for Democratic candidates and issues. Organized precincts improve performance of Democratic candidates and Democratic-backed ballot measures by as much as 3%!
