Whether you have 5 minutes or 5 hours, every little bit helps. There are plenty of ways for you to help. You can work from home or out in the community. We need your help with everything from community outreach, voter registration, phone banking and postcard writing to becoming a Precinct Organizer!
Join in a Week of Action this fall!
Put your boots on the ground and help us get out the vote in Larimer County! We are doubling down on our canvassing efforts, especially in those precincts that had low voter turnout for the Primary Election. During each Week of Action, volunteers sign up and receive turfs which they canvass during that week. Turfs are averaging around 30 doors. Turfs and directions for canvassing will be distributed via email, with literature pickup locations provided in each of these Larimer County Communities: Berthoud, Fort Collins, Loveland, and Wellington.
Postcards for Progress
The Bottoms Up Campaign is underway across Larimer County. In addition to all the doors we knock, we're sending postcards featuring our Slate Card to even more voters. A personal message encouraging voters to start at the bottom of the ballot and work their way to the top can help prevent undervoting—when voters stop before completing their ballot. Unable to join in an upcoming event? Pick up a batch of postcards at our office during extended campaign hours (11 a.m.–1 p.m. or 4–6 p.m.), or from one of our postcard hubs in Fort Collins, Loveland, and elsewhere. Precinct Organizers (POs) are the Party's direct link to voters — neighbors talking to neighbors from a foundation of trust. Research shows organized precincts can improve Democratic candidate and ballot measure performance by up to 3%. Each precinct has two PO positions, serving two-year terms. POs are elected at Precinct Caucus (even years) or appointed between caucuses. Any registered Democrat aged 18+ who lives in their precinct is eligible. If you fit this description and want to get involved, we need you!
