Precinct Organizers (POs) are the Party's direct link to voters — neighbors talking to neighbors from a foundation of trust. Research shows organized precincts can improve Democratic candidate and ballot measure performance by up to 3%. Each precinct has two PO positions, serving two-year terms. POs are elected at Precinct Caucus (even years) or appointed between caucuses. Any registered Democrat aged 18+ who lives in their precinct is eligible.
